Incoterms & Shipping Policy
EcoRevify supports global B2B buyers with UAE stockyard direct dispatch and selected Hong Kong tested IC component shipments. Shipping terms, freight method and responsibility are confirmed by quotation before every order.
Where Orders Ship From
EcoRevify uses separate fulfillment models depending on product type, condition and buyer requirements.
UAE Stockyard
RAM modules, HDD & SSD lots, CPU lots, selected electronics inventory and raw untested IC component lots may ship directly from our UAE stockyard or an approved UAE logistics point.
Hong Kong Hub
Hong Kong fulfillment applies specifically to selected tested and sorted IC components. It does not automatically apply to all RAM, storage, CPU or general electronics lots.
Buyer-Confirmed Terms
Final shipping terms depend on stock location, lot size, packing condition, destination, freight mode and buyer documentation requirements.
Common Trade Terms We Use
Incoterms are agreed case by case. The examples below explain common B2B structures, but the final responsibility and charges must be confirmed on the invoice or proforma invoice.
| Term | Typical Use | Buyer Responsibility | EcoRevify Responsibility |
|---|---|---|---|
| EXW UAE | UAE stockyard lots, bulk electronics, raw IC lots and buyer-arranged pickup. | Pickup, export handling where applicable, freight, insurance, import customs, duties and taxes. | Prepare agreed goods for pickup at the confirmed UAE location. |
| FOB Hong Kong | Selected tested and sorted IC components shipped from Hong Kong. | Main freight, insurance, import customs, duties and taxes after goods are delivered to the agreed FOB point. | Export-side handling to the agreed FOB point according to the confirmed quotation. |
| Buyer Forwarder | Orders where the buyer has a nominated freight agent or consolidator. | Forwarder coordination, freight charges, customs paperwork and destination charges unless otherwise agreed. | Coordinate packing and handover details with the buyer or nominated forwarder. |
| Quoted Freight | Small lots, IC components or orders where buyer requests shipping support. | Destination customs clearance, import duties, taxes, storage fees or failed delivery charges unless otherwise agreed. | Provide available freight options and shipping cost estimates before confirmation. |
Shipping Methods by Product Type
IC Components & Small Lots
IC components and smaller high-value lots may ship by express courier or air freight, depending on buyer preference, shipment value, packing requirements and destination rules.
- Express courier for small urgent lots
- Air freight for higher-volume component shipments
- ESD-safe packing where applicable
Bulk Electronics & Heavy Lots
Larger RAM, storage, CPU, mixed electronics and hardware batches may require LCL, FCL, truck pickup or buyer-forwarder coordination depending on weight and destination.
- LCL for smaller consolidated cargo
- FCL for larger wholesale lots
- Buyer forwarder pickup available by agreement
Customs, Compliance & Documentation
International electronics shipments may be subject to destination customs rules, import licensing, used electronics restrictions, e-waste controls, battery rules and local tax requirements. Buyers are responsible for confirming that the goods can be legally imported into their destination country.
Packing Standards
Packing method depends on product category, condition and freight mode. IC components may require ESD-safe bags, trays or protective cartons. Bulk electronics and hardware may require cartons, pallets, wrapping or crate-style protection depending on shipment size.
Component Packing
IC components and sensitive parts may be packed in ESD-safe bags, trays or protective cartons depending on condition and order type.
Wholesale Lots
Bulk stockyard lots may be packed in cartons, sacks, pallets or mixed industrial packing according to agreed lot condition and freight method.
Documentation
Commercial invoice, packing list and basic shipment details can be provided. Special documents must be requested before order confirmation.
